STARTER STEALTH
Starter Stealth
The DHA offers a special program for kids interested in learning how to play the great game of hockey. This program meets weekly and there are three season options to choose from: fall (Sep-Dec), winter (Jan-Mar) or full (Sep-Mar). While this program is open to players ages 4 and older, the main focus is for players under 12 years of age. We also offer rental equipment for players that are just getting started.
This program focuses on skill building that will include inter-team scrimmages. Official games are not scheduled for this program.
All players must wear a neck guard.
Age/Experience
Program is open to players aged 4 (2021 birth year) and older.
Previous hockey or skating experience is not required. However, we always recommend participating in skating lessons in conjunction with Starter Stealth.
When
All Fall and Winter sessions will run on Sunday mornings from 11:30am-12:30pm at Kettering Ice Arena.
Fall Session runs from October 5th, 2025 - December 21st, 2025
Winter Session runs from January 4th, 2026 - March 8th, 2026
Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to have your players dressed prior to hitting the ice.
Where
All Starter Stealth sessions for the 2025-26 season will be held at Kettering Ice Arena.
Jerseys
Jerseys and socks are included with the registration fee.

- Sizing chart may be used when selecting the size for your player's jersey and socks.
- Assumption of Risk is an informational document provided by the DHA and may be helpful for families and players new to the game of hockey.
- Participant Code of Conduct should be signed and uploaded during the registration process. This assures us that family members and players are aware of the expectations for the DHA.
