Refund Policy
The Dayton Hockey Association has a no-refund policy on season fees. Once a roster spot has been accepted the player is responsible for the entire cost of any registration and team fees. Please refer to Section 20 of the DHA Bylaws.
To request an exception due to extreme circumstances (season ending illness/injury, military PCS/TDY, etc.) please email info@daytonstealth.com and include a detailed explanation of the circumstances. Exceptions are approved by a vote of the Executive Board in executive session at each monthly board meeting.
Refunds for special events (checking/goalie clinics, spring hockey, summer 3v3) are available however, these requests must be submitted no later than one week prior to the event.
