DHA By Laws require a nominating committee be appointed. The chair of the nominating committee is Chris Terry. If any other member would like to be a part of this committee, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For this elections, the positions of President, Treasurer, and Risk Manager will be open. All three positions will be elected for a two-year term. The duties for each position are described in the By Laws. The By Laws can be viewed on HERE.
Nominations must be submitted by 11:59 p. m. March 1, 2021. Each nomination should contain the name, telephone number, and email address for each nominee. Electronic nomination forms are available HERE.
Elections will begin on March 7, 2021., and will conclude on March 15, 2021. Directions for completing and casting the ballot will be emailed to the email address used in the 2020-21 regular season registration for for eligible membership. Only one ballot per household may be cast. The results will be announced on or before March 30, 2021.
Newly elected board members will begin their term on June 1, 2021.
